Hands down the BEST Indian joint I have tried... butter chicken was jam packed full of flaviour and had the perfect amount of spice and spices (not Americanized at all). I visited the Richmond hill location recently for the first time. Considering it was a Monday the restaurant was almost full , a little wait and I was seated by a gracious lady ( I think one of the owner's family).I liked their ambience (they have recently renovated) and efficient service. The food was just awesome. Butter chicken was delicious , lamb chops tender and the black dal complimented the whole meal. Nan was soft. Ask for seat in glass round room. Lire plus

Here is my unbiased unpaid for review after visiting the restaurant last night. This is a high quality, high end buffet. Where other buffets people eat at and do not complain because a lower food quality is expected for buffet this restaurant surpassed all my expectations. My wife and I have been going here since they opened about 11 years ago. The flavours are fantastic and our only complaint is that they need to tone down the spiciness (heat) of the food. We keep trying other Indian restaurants in Brampton but always come back to Minar as our favourite. Great food at a great price with an adequate atmosphere. Great Masala Chai & Nan Bread too. as to the washrooms.... they could use a bit of maintenance but are always CLEAN and certainly in better shape than most Indian restaurants we have tried.
