Good Chinese restaurant especially for Dim Sum. However, it doesn't compare to the Chinese restaurants out in Scarborough :).

I've been going to this restaurant for years as...
I've been going to this restaurant for years as it has the best dim sum I've ever found. The service is definitely lacking. Most of the girls who push the dim sum carts don't speak a word of englih, but they always seem to find someone to understand what we want. You have to be a bit patient with the fact that it is very chinese there. But isn't that why the food is so good? The main clientele is asian. I also think that the lineups and the wait times indicate that a lot of people like the restaurant. I find it all quite amusing. I always say....the service sucks, but the scallop dumplings keep me coming back!

Everyone goes to Emerald mainly for dim sum. Dinner isn't bad I guess but breakfast and lunch is better.
